What should I do if the mounting holes do not match?
Provide three solutions:
use the conversion plate (adapt to the thickness difference of 3-8mm)
to replace the universal joint mounting bracket (support ± 15° angle adjustment)
custom flange (equipment base plate drawings need to be provided)

casters Common causes and treatment:
Bearing oil shortage: inject lithium grease every 6 months
Wheel surface wear: check whether it exceeds the wear mark line (depth ≥ 3mm needs to be replaced)
Loose installation: Tighten to the standard value with a torque wrench (M10 bolts need 35N·m).
